I work three 12-hour days so that on my days off, I can fully immerse myself in my kids. The days are long, and I miss them terribly when I’m away, but having this schedule allows me to be present for the moments that matter most.

I am beyond grateful for this opportunity. I truly feel blessed to be living this life, and Monat has been part of the reason I’ve been able to build toward the future I want for my family. My goal is to cut back one of my night shifts in the new year so I can continue growing this opportunity and spend even more time with my babies while they’re still little and before Amelia Grace leaves for college.

To everyone who has trusted me over the years—thank you. Whether you’ve trusted me to do your nails for special occasions or as part of your regular routine, supported me through spray tans, or allowed me to help you with your skin and hair health goals, you have made an impact on our lives.

It was never really about the hair.

It was about the confidence.

The girl in the first clip would’ve never imagined showing up online, sharing pieces of her life, speaking to strangers on stories, or letting herself be seen. I spent so much time shrinking myself, worried about what everyone else thought.

Monat didn’t change who I am—it helped me become more of who I already was. It gave me confidence, community, and the courage to step out of my comfort zone and embrace the woman I was meant to be.

This is your reminder that you don’t have to become someone else to chase your dreams. The most powerful thing you can do is be unapologetically YOU. 🧡

When I joined Monat in December, I truly didn’t think much would come from it.

I remember thinking, “I’m a nail tech… who is going to trust me to recommend hair products?” 🤷‍♀️

But after 10+ years in the beauty industry, I realized something: people trust people. Relationships matter. Education matters. And helping others find solutions that work for them matters.

Around February, I started seeing what was possible. Then in March, we found out we were expecting another baby due in November. 🧡

While we are incredibly excited, the reality is that maternity leave isn’t always fully paid. That’s when I decided to stop treating this like a side hobby and start treating it like an opportunity.

I dove into the education, learned more about hair care, learned the products, and focused on helping people find what works best for them. No, you don’t have to be a hair scientist. You just have to be willing to learn and help others.

What I’ve learned is that anyone can do this. It doesn’t matter if you’re a nail tech, stay-at-home mom, teacher, nurse, or working another full-time job. What you put into it is what you’ll get out of it.

For some people, it’s vacation money.
For others, it’s a car payment.
For me, it’s helping create more flexibility for my family and our growing future.
