Good afternoon all, just wanted to do a quick shout out to Roots and Branches for their partnership on the Barten Garten. We were a bit lost on this project last year when R&B came on board and brought 15(or more) flats of flowers and a master gardener to the rescue. Thank you Amy Johnson for having faith in us that the effort would be worth while and to Susan Steinhafel for your brilliance in gardening. We love and appreciate all that you've done for us. We look forward to a great turnout Saturday and a lot of green from all this rain, WOOHOO...

Good evening folks, I hope you all had a wonderful summer and look forward to cooling off this fall. So I am addressing my Do Your Hair Justice FB community in the hopes that I might identify some of the clients that are on the books September 14th through the 18th. I have not had a single sick day in the last 10 years I've been in business so I don't always take phone numbers but next week Monday September 13th I will be having surgery to remove my tonsels and a cancerous lump in my neck(throat cancer). I will most undoubtedly need next week off. I am leaving folks on the following week for now but need to reschedule those on next week. If you or someone you know has an appointment next week please call or have them call to reschedule... I appologize for any inconvenience. Thank you and have great rest of the week...

There's no better way to quantify success and measure happiness than to look around and take stock of who's in your life and how you spend your time. There's no better way to achieve said happiness than to apply gratitude. I can't possibly over-state how much I appreciate you folks that choose our shop, above the many fine salons in West Bend, to get beautiful, or maybe air grievances or compliments about the district, or perhaps just looking for some friendly conversation. Nor could I overstate my gratitude for the fine folks that work for the city and sit on mutual committees and kindly guide me through the complexities of city government. Also very grateful for the folks of Rotary, friends of sculpture and the HBBA for the opportunity to be involved in such worthwhile experiences. And nothing is better than a loving, supportive family that cares no matter what. No question that this year has been filled with fear and anxiety and alllll sorts of reasons to question the nature of humanity. In the spirit of Christmas and the finality of year's end I just want you to know… you offer me hope… family, constituents, clients, friends. Thank you for making this year as bearable as humanly possible and I look forward to us beating 2021 into submission and making it the best year ever. I love you all and wish you a safe and healthy holiday season, whatever you do…

In light of the fact that it looks like we can't open till next year sometime I've put together root touch-up kits... basic necessities and instructions that should get you through to your next color appointment. Obviously I'm being sarcastic about when we are opening back up but I can't imagine that it will extend past the current date of May 26th so if you wish to get on the schedule for a "more than likely" good appointment or would like one of these fancy shmancy color kits please give me a call 262-353-5970. I've got a feeling I'm gonna need to restring the old weed-wacker to get everybody back down to presentable... Thank you in advance for your anticipated patience and I truly miss and appreciate every single last one of you.

A note to my friends/customers... I'm absolutely heartbroken... Do Your Hair Justice is closed for now. The state shut us down last Friday the 20th at 5pm... I put out a message describing MY dismay at the time but I didn't really acknowledge YOUR situation... What the heck are you supposed to do about your hair? Well for now I invite you to call or message or text me and I can walk you through home color and give you a formula that should get you through... Or, you could come by and I could give you mixed color in a bottle that you could go home and apply... IDK, I am certainly open to suggestion as we have never had to cope with anything like this. I'm totally flexible and will accommodate best I can... I love you guys, I sure hope we can get back to normal, I've never been so happy with my clientele... Thank you, stay healthy, stay in touch...
