During my client’s facial (and good friend), we got talking about her health journey, stress, and overall well-being. She’s been showing up for herself through skincare, waxing, and even empowering other women through wellness workshops and self-advocacy in healthcare.
We also talked about how supporting your body sometimes goes beyond skincare—like considering chiropractic care as part of a bigger wellness picture.
