Hey! First & foremost thank you for choosing me as your Esthetician and I do not take you guys for granted. Now let's get into a few things that have quite literally been getting under my skin and just a few "house rules" that need to be readressed.

What's been eating me alive?
Entitlement
The epidemic of not saying thank you
Attitudes
Backhanded compliments

House rules:
1.Policies.. read them, get familiar, they are enforced regardless of the situation.
2.Email and text reminders are courtesies, yes I pay for them for your convenience... it is also in your best interest to put your appointments in your calendars... technology fails... go to house rule #1.
3. Frequent reschedules/cancelations (even outside of the 48 hour window) will get you removed from high desired days/times with the potential of you needing to find another Esthetician. Seriously.

At the end of the day this is a business and this is what pays my bills and feeds my kids. This isn't a cutesy hobby and poor time management should NOT cost me money and effect my livelihood.
