Protocol for Reopening June 15th!

Appointments may now be booked anytime after June 15. To help the practice of social distancing, our operators will be working staggered shifts for the time being. Therefore, we ask for your patience and support during this time.


Upon arrival text or phone your operator directly
You will be asked your health conditions, for example;
do you have flu like symptoms, coughing, sneezing, temperature
Have you been exposed to anyone who has been exposed to the COVD19 virus in the last 14 days?
Only the client having the service is permitted to enter the salon during this time
Caregivers can assist seating the client and will need to wait outside. They will be texted when the client is ready to leave
Your operator will meet you at the door
You’ll need to be wearing a mask & gloves
Your temperature will be checked
You will be asked to sign a waiver
Your operator will seat you
Once your tint is applied you may be asked to sit outside or in your car, to limit the number of people in the salon
Your operators will have their temperature checked each morning
All areas of the salon will be disinfected after each client
All operators will be wearing mask & gloves

Receptionists will be working limited hours.
Operators will book you next appointment. If that does not take place, please call the salon and book with the receptionist, or leave a message. Appointments will not be made in person with the receptionist in the salon.
Booking appointments online at www.dallevas.com, click on “schedule an appointment”, you will be able to choose your operator and service. Contact your operator if your service is not available.
Please call the salon and leave a message, you’ll be called back within 48 hrs.
Payments
Your operator will contact you the night before your appointment regarding amount of service
Exact cash (no change will be available) or check only will be accepted, made out to D’Alleva’s Salon. Please place in an envelope with you your name, amount & date written on the outside of the envelope.
If any retail products are needed, please alert your operator prior to your appointment, so that they may prepare your order and give you a total.
All tips are given directly to operator and not put inside the envelope
There will be no charge cards accepted
All new clients must pay in cash, no checks

D’alleva’s Salon is closed until our Governor gives a definite reopen date. Once an exact date is given, we will begin scheduling appointments in order of previous existing appointments. At this time, the Salon and our Operators will not be taking any calls for appointments.

D’alleva’s will still be offering Curbside Color Pick Up to clients. If you are interested, please reach out to your Operator directly at the phones numbers listed below.

We will send another update when a definite date is given that will detail how you may schedule your appointment, and when our phones will be in operation again.

Curbside Color Pickup:
Contact your stylist via text regarding price, time, and instruction.
Payment will be accepted in cash.
Upon confirmation of your arrival in the parking lot, your personalized formula will be mixed and brought to your vehicle.
Your color will come unmixed in sealed cups with an applicator brush.

Ask your operator for any additional instructions.
Following pick up, we ask that you take your color home right away to mix and apply per instruction.

We're Hiring! D'alleva's Salon is open Tuesday-Saturday, and is seeking a full-time applicant to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival
Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
Inform clients about new services and discounts
Cross-sell services and products when appropriate
Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
Work with Salon scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite
Maintain a tidy reception area
Order business cards, brochures and stationery as needed

Skills:
Proven work experience as a Salon Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role
Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
Familiarity with processing transactions
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
Solid organization and record-keeping skills
An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
High School diploma
Cosmetology License is a plus!
