Dear clients of mine,
First and foremost I'd like to thank you all for your continued love and support, i appreciate each and every one of you! There are just some things i would like to address that has been affecting my business. This is not toward anyone specifically i would just like everyone to understand my updated policies😊
1. Being late- i understand things come up but if you are more than 15 mins late i will not be able to service you and you will have to pay a cancellation fee. The fee will be half of your service price.
2. Promptly paying- i have been having people forget to Venmo me and it is hard to keep track of who hasn't paid. So please pay for your service before 6pm the day of your service so i can properly keep track.
3. Rescheduling appts- if you need to reschedule please do so on the link provided after you book your appt. When you book it sends a link to your phone via text that allows you to reschedule, cancel, etc. If you try rescheduling/canceling within 24 hours of your appt it won't let you. You can message me if this happens.
4. No show/cancellation policy- If you don't show up for your appt you will be charged the full amount of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appt you will be charged half of your service price. If somebody fills your spot you will not be charged the fee.
5. Cancellation list (not an issue just wanted to remind you)- if you would like to be put on a cancellation list for a certain day you can message me. Also if you don't see anything available soon you can message me and i will see if i can fit you in!
