POV: You just crushed a workout Bent On Better | Small Group Personal Training …and your biggest concern isn’t your muscles—it’s your hair. 😂

Day 4 with my extensions, and they’re officially passing the Bent On Better gym test. 💪✨

Yes, I sweat.
Yes, I lift.
Yes, I wrap my hair like a tiny burrito while I work out.
And yes… the extensions still look amazing.

Whoever said you can’t have beautiful hair and an active lifestyle clearly never had the right extensions.

Thanks to another great workout Bent On Better | Small Group Personal Training my body is feeling stronger… and my extensions are still flawless. 😉💁🏼‍♀️

Now excuse me while I recover… my hair clearly doesn’t need to. 😂

It was a pleasure to visit Fallingwater in Pennsylvania and experience one of Frank Lloyd Wright’s most celebrated works in person. The seamless connection between the home and its natural surroundings is truly remarkable, and the sound of the waterfall flowing beneath the house makes the experience even more memorable.

Every detail reflects thoughtful design and timeless beauty. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to visit this architectural masterpiece—it was well worth the trip.
