I really hate that Im having to do this, but from now on, I’m going to have to put a cancellation policy into effect immediately.

So with that being said, If you cancel your appointment within a 12 hour notice or longer you will have to pay half of your service price for your appointment that you cancelled. And if you cancel your appointment 11 hours or less you will have to pay the full price of your service.

I understand that things happen, and I am completely understanding of that. If it’s something personal or out of your control please reach out to me. But if you just cancel for no reason or just no call, no show me this will be the policy from now on.

Again, this is my business, my job, and how i support my family. I don’t get paid hourly. I get paid when my clients come in for their appointments. I also pay rent to work here. I love and appreciate all of you guys for your support and friendships we have built, so I hope you all understand💙
