self care sunday isn’t always face masks and bubble baths. sometimes it’s advocating for yourself until someone finally listens. 🤍
four years of autoimmune diseases that don’t show on the outside — joints that wouldn’t bend, mornings i had to fake a smile just to get behind the chair, 22 prescriptions including chemo drugs just to function.
my dr put me on a glp1 to reduce inflammation. four weeks left on my journey and my rheumatoid factor went from over 300 to an 8. i’m down 36 pounds. i’m not crying in pain anymore. i can go on walks. i can’t wait to hike again.
i got my life back.
if you’ve ever had to push through and perform while your body was falling apart — i see you. invisible illness is real.
it’s not cheating. it’s essential. 🤍
My x bridal bag arrived and i genuinely don’t know why i waited this long to order one 😭
