Meet the team: Megan - Licensed Massage Therapist
“ I have been a licensed massage therapist for 14 years, since 2012. I love using salt stones during deep tissue massages because the warmth really allows your muscles to relax which allows me to use deep tissue techniques more efficiently. Combining hot salt stone therapy with advanced deep tissue techniques creates a highly effective, restorative treatment. By introducing warm salt stones at the start of your session, heat penetrates deeply into the soft tissue, increasing local blood circulation and relaxing stubborn muscle tension.”
