Great article on how statins don’t reduce heart disease risk, and LDL cholesterol doesn’t predict risk. So why are they widely prescribed? $$$$. Patients need to be informed and their own advocates with doctors!

Testing out my new air fryer. Chicken wings tossed in a little avocado oil and air fried at 400 for 20 min. Tossed with The New Primal Buffalo sauce. So good!

Finally got an air fryer and have been trying out recipes every day! Love Buffalo wings and these did not disappoint. Tossed wings with avocado oil and air fried at 400 for 20 minutes, flipping at 12 min. Sauced with The New Primal Buffalo sauce. So good!
