I started using oils for my son who suffers from horrible add issues. When I saw how it helped him I went from a skeptic to a believer. Now we love them!

Hey guys, so it is summer, which means for my poor husband working outside all day at work, stinky clothes. He works at the chemical plant, outside, all day. Stink! So, after using who knows what all laundry soap to get his work clothes clean and stink free, finally we have found the cure. Thieves laundry soap! I use it on his work clothes, the towels and the dogs bed stuff and toys. It gets all the stink out and stains. And it doesn't smell like the thieves oil either. It has a really nice smell to it. (H.E. washer safe!!)

Part 3

I suffer horribly from anxiety and headaches. I do have prescribed medication for them, but I do turn to my oils first before I grab the pill bottle. So first for my headaches (migraines) I use deep relief or a mix of peppermint, valor, frankincense. Put it on the back of my neck and on my temples.

My anxiety, I never know when it will strike. It's horrible. It's a lovely mixture of stress away (duh) valor, vetiver, patchouli, lavender. Just roll on and go. I put it on my wrist and down the back of my neck.

Part 2

Next we have my boys, they love being outside. They get scrapes and bruises and bug bites. I have a use all cream for them. Melt down some coconut oil first, then add 20 drops lavender, 12 drops frankincense, 10 drops lemon, and 8 drops tea tree.

So I haven't posted in a long while, my bad so very sorry. Alot of craziness has been happening too.

So of course it is bug bite season and I think the hardest hit is out poor doxie Bevo. He already has some slight skin allergies, so to keep the bugs and all away from him I mixed up
1/2 teaspoon thieves cleaner (yes the cleaner) 3 drops purification, 3 drops orange, 2 drops lavender, and 1 drop cedarwood. Add a little bit of water to dilute. This is enough for a 5 ml bottle. I mixed up enough for a 15 ml. I sprayed his bedding, his blanket on the couch and him, and soaked his dog colar overnight then let it dry the next day while I was at work.

Not feeling to hot today, scratchy throat and all from this crazy weather change..... Rubbed some rc on my throat, then in a spoonful of honey 1 drop each (cause I'm a baby, supposed to be 2 each) lavender lemon peppermint. Feels a lil better. Repeat before bed.

I just had to share, I had melted down some coconut [so it's not so gritty but nice and smooth] for Josh so I can rub his back down with panaway, well I decided that I'm gonna try stress away. I rubbed my legs down with the coconut then back over with the stress away and o my, my legs just melted. So relaxed!!

Vetiver cedarwood and lavender

So today on the start of Christmas vacation I made 2 new creams, a snot cream (vicks) melt coconut oil, 15 seconds at a time till fully melted, then add in 20 or so drops of rc, lemon and peppermint. Let cool.

The 2nd one is sleep cream, again melt the coconut, then add about 15 or so drops peace and calming, lavender and cedarwood, let cool.

These can be stored in the fridge till they harden back up, then just in a dark cool place, it's ok if they melt back a little bit it'll just be easier to spread over your feet and chest.

We are currently on day 2 of colts cold, he has been doing a spoon full of honey with 1 drop each lemon peppermint and orange, least 2 times a day, can be done up to 3. Then we have "vicks" rub, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and 8 drops each eucalyptus, lavender and lemon. I've also been putting lavender on the back of his neck and back of his ears while diffusing the llp shot (lavender lemon and peppermint. Drops 5-4-3) he loves his oils! And doesn't argue to take his meds. I know what's in these and don't feel weird about giving him these.

I made my face wash finally!! Tablespoon each of the soap and witch hazle, since I used peppermint soap I only used tea tree and lemon oil. I had the bottle left so I cleaned it out real good (the recipe is for a 2 Oz bottle and I had an 8 Oz so you have to add more to cater to your bottle size) so it would be 4 tablespoons for 8 oz....add it all to the bottle and top off with the water :) happy washing
