*SCHEDULE UPDATE*

Just wanted to let people know my current schedule. I’m in Jamestown every Tuesday and Wednesday and work into the evening both days. I’m in West Fargo the other days. Right now, online booking is only available in Jamestown. I don’t open up a lot of the evening spots because I want to keep having the availability to get people in without them having to wait very long. So if you don’t see anything available online or by calling the office, give me a call or text at 701-490-0657 and I’ll try to get you in as soon as possible.

Dehydration = Headaches
Neck muscle trigger points and sinus congestion are the most common sources of headaches. Probably the biggest contributor to putting them over the edge(and definitely one you can help control) is a lack of hydration. This is especially true this time of year with the dry heat of our furnaces slowly sucking the H2O out of our bodies. Many people carry around a water bottle and “sip” all day which often only adds up to a few ounces. Challenge yourself to try one of the hacks to greatly increase your intake.
- make yourself drink a glass or two of water BEFORE the morning coffee(my wife thinks this one is impossible).
-set a timer 2 or 3 times a day and make yourself drink 10 ounces at that point
- a couple of times a day see how much water you can guzzle while counting to 7 or 8 in your head(my favorite).
