This month marks 15 years of my career in massage therapy.

In 2010 I was 20 years old, broke, in an incredibly unhealthy relationship, depressed and needing a drastic change in my life.

I was told "people don't get massages".
I was judged for not attending a traditional four year college.
I focused.
I worked hard.
I graduated.
I was employed.
I decided to work for myself.
I built a business.

I've made so many mistakes.
I've doubted myself.
I've had to learn to set boundaries.
I've worked through multiple massage related injuries that almost took me out of the game.
I've met countless wonderful people throughout the years (and plenty of as****es).
I've watched clients make progress with chronic pain, migraines, injuries, surgeries and so much more.
I've listened to those who have been comfortable sharing their life stories with me through joys and sorrows.
I've learned more from this journey than I ever thought possible.

And 15 years later I would do it all over again.

I'm incredibly grateful to my clients and to everyone who has supported me over the years. To Casey who watched me grow my business and believed in me when I didn't. And to myself for not giving up.
