Well sweet clients(PSA: I am NOT hanging up the apron) this post has been long overdue with the anxiety of disappointing some people but it’s a hairstylists tale as old as time… my baby aka the 9 year old I have talked about nonstop since the day she was born is growing up before my eyes, and even just looking at this picture the only thought in my head is “where does the time go?” (I know all parents think and feel this same thought) So, without missing out on more moments like this I have started to minimize my evenings and now my goal moving for forward into 2024 will be one evening every other week when I don’t have her. With that being said, some clients have made adjustments to their schedules as well and for that I’m so very thankful. With camps, leagues and sports in general becoming more frequent as she ages I want to be there in the stands supporting her and can only do it with everyone’s help. I urge clients to plan ahead and even to prebook at appointments as this change in my schedule no longer gives me much flexibility or wiggle room to get everyone in. I love referrals and have been telling everyone this winter that I am taking new clients as long as their schedule aligns with mornings and early afternoons. If any clients are reading this and worried about schedule conflicts moving forward please reach out as I am trying to get everyone in my chair as it allows but know that some might need to be referred to trusted stylists I also love. I am in no way trying to get rid of clients but simply trying to find the best outcome so I don’t look back and wish I had been there more for my girl. We only get so much time with our kids and coparenting means I also only get 1/2 that cherished time. So, with that being said, thank you everyone for supporting me these last 15 years in the hair world, without my amazing clients I would have been another hairstylist statistic of only making it 10 years. I’m forever grateful and cannot wait to see you all behind the chair!

Just gonna leave this here for everyone… also I’m out of the salon Friday 1/12 to Tuesday 1/16 for a much needed get away with family, back behind the chair on the 17th! Get a hold of me for cuts, colors and everything else to make you feel your best moving forward into the new year!

Well, we’re off a few days early to beat the storm! Headed to beautiful Banff to get my sister married on a mountaintop! Shout out to my amazing clients for helping make this last minute decision so easy to get out of town. I am just beyond blessed and so incredibly grateful for you guys! Everyone stay warm in Fargo and I will see you back behind the chair on the 12th!
