If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

— Changes made less than 24 hours before will be
charged 50% of the service
— Changes made on the day of the appointment
will be charged 100% of the service

We have these policies because when appointments are canceled last minute, it’s often too late for someone else to book that time slot. You could be the one hoping for a last-minute spot next time - and we want to make sure everyone gets the opportunity!
