There, he quickly fell in love with color, specifically the technical know-how and color chemistry necessary to affect the way a woman looks and feels. At a young age, Marco became a top Educator at one of the world’s leading haircolor companies based in Milan. This work led him to Los Angeles after he was sought out to be the National Haircolor Educator for another esteemed color company. There, he worked hand-in-hand with chemists to develop haircolor products, created haircolor education curriculum, and led top international teams, introducing the hottest color trends at the world’s most elite salons. It was also in Los Angeles that Marco opened his premier studio, located on Robertson Boulevard at Melrose Avenue in the heart of the ultra-chic West Hollywood Design District. At Marco Pelusi Hair Studio, Marco and his talented staff of seasoned Hollywood hair stylists offer world-class haircolor and hair fashion to numerous celebrities and trendsetters, including the beautiful Stacy Keibler, Eva La Rue and Carol Alt. The luxurious, spa-like space is also conveniently located near the world’s top restaurants, boutiques and elite hotels. Mixing his intense love of haircolor and his extensive product performance expertise, Marco also created the Marco® Collagen Color Guard™ HairCare System. Marco can be seen regularly at his sold-out performances on the main stages of the New York and Las Vegas Annual International Beauty Shows as well as The International Salon & Spa Expo in Long Beach. He was also exclusively invited to become Aloxxi International’s Lead Platform Artist, which involved providing in-salon guidance, facilitating national training and being a mentor for Aloxxi educators worldwide.
