This can affect lash retention.

Remember clients should shampoo their lashes every 2 days for oily skin and every 3 days for normal skin so they get longer lasting lashes and of course hygienic reasons.

Lashes are just like the hair on our head after 2-3 days it gets oily or dirty.
If we just rinse it will not remove skin oil or makeup.
They must use a lash shampoo.
