As a small by-appointment-only spa, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Same-day cancellations and last-minute no-shows make it very difficult for us to fill that time slot and often cannot book another client on such short notice.

Please understand that when an appointment is missed or canceled the same day, it directly affects my small business and schedule.
