Lunge and Core workout
I used two 15 lb dumbbells for this workout
50/30 ( 50 seconds on each numbered exercise then 30 seconds of core work)
30 Sec Plank
1. Squat
30 Sec Side Plank - Right
2. Front Lunge - Right
30 Sec Side Plank - Left
3. Front Lunge - Left
30 Sec Plank with Knee drop
4. Back Lunge - Right
30 Sec Side plank with Knee - Right
5. Back Lunge - Left
30 Sec Side plank with Knee - Left
6. Curtsy Lunge - Right
30 Sec Plank with Hip drops (left to right)
7. Curtsy Lunge - Left
X - Plank
8. Bridge with Weights

I've been crazy busy putting this together! I'm also doing a trial run now. I'm on day 7 and down 3 lbs, an inch in my waist, and I have more energy. I've had desert every night too ( it's P96 deserts)!!! Stay tuned ...

My 6 year old begs too go biking with me but she can't keep up and she gets tired easily. We picked up this bike on Amazon a month ago and yesterday we biked about 10 miles together!!!
