I don’t know if this picture I took is a sunset or a sunrise, but that’s how I feel about this announcement too. I’ve decided to be done doing hair so I can stay home with my baby, so that is a sunset for a huge chapter in my life. But the sunrise is…I get the privilege of being a fully present mother to my little boy, which is a whole world of possibilities. I’m definitely leaving a part of me behind with the salon, especially with my co-stylists and my guests who have faithfully supported me and shared so many laughs with me. I can’t thank all of you enough. It’s been so hard to do all of your hair for the last time after all these years, but I’m so honored for the opportunity.
This was the hardest choice I’ve ever had to make. I love doing hair and I don’t want to give it up, but even my love for hair pales in comparison to how much I adore being with my baby and I don’t want to miss another minute. I thank God for him every day and the chance to stay home with him.

Theo is Greek for “Gift from God”. We waited so long and prayed so hard for this gift. The day we found out he existed, God told us his name was Theo and it certainly fits. This still doesn’t feel real, just incredibly blessed ☺️

I love all three of these products for different reasons, but my all time favorite is the Carb Cocktail 😍
I have a guest who’s been coming to me for about a year. When I first started cutting her hair, she was having major hair loss from a male pattern baldness form of alopecia. Her hair was already very fine and thin before this incident, so to have this major shedding was very distressing for her. I styled her hair with the Wow Carb Cocktail and she has been RAVING about it ever since! It gives her so much more body and volume and really helps disguise the shedding. She’s doing a lot better now with medication and management of stress but she says she would be totally lost without the Carb! She calls it her miracle serum 😇 If you’re looking for an extra boost to your fullness and volume, I cannot recommend this enough!
