Diana Blush Paramedical Micropigmentation Studio | Diana Carolina first came to me years ago — first as my client, and later as my student for Lip Blush Training. Since then, we’ve stayed close, and it has been so beautiful to watch her grow professionally.

Now she came back to me for Powder Eyebrow Training, and I couldn’t be happier to spend this time with her again.

Today, Diana has a successful practice and works with many clients. Her expertise has also expanded into paramedical tattooing, helping people with scars, post-surgical areas, and stretch marks.

I’m so proud of how far you’ve come, Diana. And I truly hope that one day I’ll see you at industry conferences — not only attending, but standing there as a speaker and even a judge.

I know these four days weren’t always easy for you. You are very demanding of yourself, and I know how badly you want to see the perfect result right away. But remember — be patient with yourself. You are learning, growing, and building a new skill, and that takes time.

You have everything you need to become truly successful in this industry — talent, dedication, a beautiful eye, and most importantly, the desire to keep learning and improving.

Please keep going. Trust yourself, trust the process, and don’t give up on yourself.

Being invited as a Semi-Final Judge at WULOP was a truly great honor for me. 🤍

Being selected for this role was more than simply being part of such an important event. It was recognition of my work, experience, and professionalism — and I’m incredibly grateful for that trust.

Judging was a completely different experience from simply looking at beautiful work. I had to go deep into the details of every piece and evaluate the technique, precision, balance, and ex*****on from a professional perspective.

For hairstroke brows, we looked at the distance and consistency between individual hair strokes, their direction, flow, and overall harmony.

For lips, we evaluated color saturation, pigment density, the contour area, and how evenly and beautifully the color was implanted.

For powder eyebrows, we looked closely at the quality, softness, and distribution of each pixel, and how naturally they came together as a whole.

For eyeliner, we paid attention to the placement of the shadow, its smoothness, balance, and how naturally it complemented the eye shape.

Symmetry, harmony, color selection, facial suitability, and overall design were also essential criteria.

Some pieces were easier to judge because the goals were clear. But others were incredibly difficult.

The level of talent, precision, technique, and quality was so high that choosing between the top places could have been almost impossible based on personal preference alone.

That is why having clearly defined criteria was so important.

We did not know who created the work we were evaluating. We simply studied each piece and scored it according to the established criteria.

No names. No reputation. No personal connections. Just the work in front of us.

This allowed the judging process to be as objective, transparent, and fair as possible.

I’m sharing a few of the incredible works I had the opportunity to evaluate, along with a little glimpse into what the judging process looked like behind the scenes.

It was challenging, incredibly detailed, and truly inspiring.

I’m grateful for the trust and for the opportunity to be part of this experience as a WULOP Semi-Final Judge. ✨

WULOP was one of those experiences for me.
It was such a pleasure to be surrounded by so many talented, passionate artists and, most importantly, people I’m truly happy to call colleagues and friends.
There is something incredibly powerful about bringing artists together — sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, inspiring one another, and simply being in the same room with people who are just as passionate about this industry as you are.
We may all have different styles, techniques, and approaches, but we share the same desire to grow, to learn, and to keep raising the standards of our industry.
Being invited to WULOP as a Judge was a great honor for me. I had the opportunity to evaluate the work of so many talented artists, and it was truly inspiring to see the level of dedication, creativity, and skill behind every piece.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of this community, to meet familiar faces, to make new connections, and to continue learning from the incredible people around me.

So many great memories, fun times, educational events and just spending good times together.
