Fresh Pages — Week Five
This week isn’t about pressure.
It’s about direction.
This is where you pause before the year fully opens— not to plan everything, but to choose what matters.
✨ Journaling: Create a 2026 goals or intentions spread
Your word of the year, a vision board, or a creative roadmap—whatever helps you see where you’re headed.
📚 Bookish: Set your 2026 reading goal or curate a “12 Books for 12 Months” list
Not a rigid TBR—just a gentle framework you can return to.
You don’t need to decide the whole year today.
You just need a starting point.
One page. One list. One intention you can carry forward. 🧡

Fresh Pages — Week Four
This week is about setting the stage.
Not reinventing everything — just choosing what comes with you.
New pages.
Cleaner systems.
A TBR that feels intentional instead of overwhelming.
📝 Journaling: Set up your 2026 planner, journal, or creative system — new pages, new routines, new energy.
📚 Bookish: Declutter your TBR and build a “Fresh Start” list for 2026.
You don’t have to finish it all.
You don’t have to get it perfect.
You’re just making space for what’s next.
Pick one. Pick both. Or save it for later. 🧡

Fresh Pages — Week Three
The first two weeks were about reflection; this week is about carrying what mattered forward.
This week is a bridge— between where you’ve been and where you’re headed.
✨ Journaling: Create a "Look Back to Move Forward" spread—
lessons, milestones, or memories from 2025 that shaped you.
📚 Bookish: Choose a reread, comfort genre, or nostalgic favorite
to bring calm energy into 2026.
You don’t need to document everything.
Just what still lingers.
Just what feels grounding.
One spread. One story. One steady step forward. 🧡
Pick one, pick both, or save it for later— that’s always the point.
01/09/2026
Fresh Pages — Week Two
If Week One was about finishing what was left open,
Week Two is about honoring what mattered.
This week is about noticing what stayed.
Not the biggest moments. Not the loudest wins.
Just one memory that still feels warm—and the books that made the year brighter.
✨ Journaling: Document one favorite event, trip, or cozy moment from 2025
📚 Bookish: Reflect on your favorite reads of the year
You don’t need a full spread.
You don’t need perfect words.
Just one page. One memory. One story worth keeping.
Pick one, pick both, or save it for later.
That’s the whole point. 🧡

Planned & Plotted: Fresh Pages — Week One
Happy 2026! We’re starting the year intentionally, by gently wrapping up what didn’t get finished in 2025.
Week one is about closing open loops — on the page and in your life.
No rushing. No catching up. No “doing it right.”
🖊️ Journaling prompt:
Finish a 2025 spread, memory page, or journal entry you started but never completed.
📖 Bookish prompt:
Reflect on your favorite reads of 2025 — the ones that lingered, surprised you, or met you where you were.
You don’t need to share.
You don’t need to keep up weekly.
You don’t even need to do both prompts.
Pick what resonates. Skip what doesn’t.
This is about closing the year with intention — and opening the next one calmly.
All prompts will live on the blog if you’d like to revisit them later. Instagram is just where I’m sharing mine as I go.
No pressure. No performance. Just fresh pages. 🍊📓

📚 2024 Reading Wrap-Up: My 24 Favorite Reads of the Year! 📚
This year, I hit a personal record—58 books (so far)! It’s been such a fun year of amazing reads, late-night page-turning, and discovering some seriously fantastic stories.
2024 quickly turned into the "Year of the ARC Reads" for me. Almost everything I picked up was an ARC (Advanced Reader Copy), and through it all, I found some incredible authors and made some wonderful online friendships.
On top of that, I tried out Alpha/Beta reading and even dipped my toe into line editing last month—which has been such a cool experience!
For 2025, I’m planning to tackle a reading challenge and, of course, keep diving into ARCs. But let’s be honest, plans are made to be broken, and I’m just excited to meet new characters and explore new worlds in the coming year.
A special thank you to and for giving me the incredible opportunity to work with you this year. Your support and encouragement have meant the world to me and have inspired me to keep chasing my dreams.
I’d also like to thank , , .ransierworks , and .sunset.author for trusting me as a Beta reader for your stories. It’s been such an amazing experience, and I feel so lucky to have been part of bringing your incredible characters and worlds to life. 💖
What were your favorite reads this year? Let me know in the comments!

Are you as shocked as I am, that I'm posting a planner post? I haven't shared my planner on my account since 2021! My planning style has changed A LOT since I last shared my planner on my feed. I went back to planning the way I did before I found the planner community and had the shop. I'm only using a pen. I know!
With the closing of the shop and the pandemic, much of my planning and desire to share that part of my life vanished. Whenever I tried to "come back" to my old content, I felt imposter syndrome. The days of tracking baseball games and marching band activities are gone, replaced with two kids in high school and college, and my return to school. I needed somewhere to plan my activities because using my phone wasn't cutting it.
Was I ever going to share my planner on my feed again? Maybe? Has it made an appearance in my stories a few times... sure. But it's nothing like it used to be. Then Bess from created the and I decided to play along - we'll see how long that lasts - here's my first post!
Since I have only pen spreads and a lot of what I planned, before plucking up the courage to share again, has sensitive information included, I'm just showing you my planner stack and the blank pages with how I plan to use them. I'm sure I'll share some after the pen pages, eventually, don't expect them to be super pretty!
So here ya go, my current planner stack.
Plum Paper Planner (student planner) - 7x9 ME Planner
Orange Circle Studio (family/catch-all) - A5 Do It All Planner
Day Designer (purse planner) - Pocket Weekly/Monthly Planner with Pen & Gear Memo notebook for lists/notes

I have been seeing this trend all over my feed, so when tagged me in her post, I had to jump on the bandwagon and join in!
Here's my Instagram handle in books! The book covers include books I've read and love, as well as those sitting on my neverending TBR. I'm happy this trend wasn't based on music choices, because picking books based on names was HARD! Choosing songs would've been even worse. I almost switched to books by authors with each initial because I couldn't decide which books to choose. And who picks a user name with 3 P's and 3 A's?!?! Me.. that's who 🤦 I'm not sure if I made it easier, or harder on myself.
Anywho.. enough blabbing! Here's my picks.
