Sara Gallmann, E-RYT, has taught Yoga for the last 12 year, and fitness for the last 25. This is a fun combination of "hooping" and yoga. What is "hooping"?
Recently reviving a long lost hooping talent, she decided to find a way to combine it with her love of yoga - and Hoops & Yoga for Whirled Peace was born! "Hooping” is a term for hula hooping with large, customized hoops.
