Somewhere between yesterday and tomorrow…
there is today.
And today is where God has you.
You don’t have to solve tomorrow.
You don’t have to replay yesterday.
You don’t have to know every step.
You just have to take the next one with Jesus.
“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” — Psalm 119:105
Not a spotlight on the entire road.
A lamp for your next step.
So breathe.
Trust.
Take the next step.
And let Jesus handle what you cannot see yet.
❤️ What is one thing you’re trusting Jesus with this week?
You can share it below—or simply tell Him.
There are things you’ve walked through…
that you didn’t choose.
Things that changed you.
Things that grew you.
Things that taught you to depend on Jesus in ways you never expected.
And maybe you’ve wondered:
“What am I supposed to do with all of this?”
Maybe God isn’t asking you to forget your story.
Maybe He’s going to use it.
Your story can become encouragement.
Your experience can become compassion.
Your growth can become wisdom.
Your love for Jesus can become ministry.
And your love for yoga…
could become a way to serve others.
That’s part of why I love Holy Yoga® Teacher Training.
We’re not simply teaching people how to lead a yoga class.
We’re equipping people to create Christ-centered spaces where others can breathe, move, pray, hear Scripture, find community, and encounter Jesus.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others…” — 1 Peter 4:10
Your story isn’t wasted.
Your gifts aren’t random.
And your “yes” could become part of someone else’s story.
🌿 If you’ve wondered whether Holy Yoga® Teacher Training could be part of your next chapter…

I’ll personally send you information and answer your questions.
No pressure.
Just a conversation about what God might be inviting you into.

You can want to get stronger…
without hating where you are today.
You can want to improve your health…
without being ashamed of your body.
You can want to lose weight…
without believing your worth depends on a number.
You can want to move more…
because you are grateful for the body God gave you.
That’s a different motivation.
Instead of:
“I need to fix myself.”
What if we said:
“I want to care for myself.”
Your body matters.
Your heart matters.
Your mind matters.
Your soul matters.
And when we care for all of them, we’re not chasing perfection.
We’re practicing stewardship.
“For you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.” — 1 Corinthians 6:20
So today…
Take the walk.
Get on the mat.
Lift the weights.
Stretch.
Drink the water.
Rest when you need to.
Pray.
Read Scripture.
And remember:
You are not a project that needs fixing.
You are God’s creation.
And you are worth caring for. ❤️

What if the woman you’re becoming doesn’t need more pressure?
What if she needs more presence?
We hurry through our days.
Hurry to get everyone where they need to go.
Hurry to finish the list.
Hurry to get stronger.
Hurry to get healthier.
Hurry to become “better.”
And sometimes…
we hurry right past Jesus.
But God isn’t asking you to become someone else.
He’s inviting you to become more fully who He created you to be.
That takes time.
It takes surrender.
It takes learning to be present.
It takes listening.
It takes trusting.
And sometimes it starts with something as simple as taking a breath.
🌿 Put your feet on the floor.
Drop your shoulders.
Take one slow breath.
And ask:
“Jesus, what do You want me to notice today?”
Then listen.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
Your health journey doesn’t have to be rushed.
Your spiritual growth doesn’t have to be rushed.
Your life doesn’t have to be rushed.
You can walk with Jesus instead of running ahead of Him.
💬 Are you someone who struggles to slow down? Tell me YES below.
You’re not alone. ❤️

HolyYoga
We live hurried.
We hurry through breakfast.
Hurry through work.
Hurry through conversations.
Hurry through our workouts.
Hurry through our quiet time.
And then we wonder…
“Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?”
Maybe the answer isn’t another thing to add to your schedule.
Maybe it’s something to remove.
The noise.
The hurry.
The constant comparison.
The endless scrolling.
The pressure to keep up.
Because when everything is loud…
it’s hard to hear the still, small voice of God.
And sometimes getting back to yourself begins with getting quiet before Him.
Take five minutes today.
Put your feet on the floor.
Take three slow breaths.
Relax your shoulders.
Put your phone away.
And pray:
“Jesus, help me see myself the way You see me.”
Then sit quietly.
You don’t have to perform.
You don’t have to accomplish anything.
Just be present.
Because your identity isn’t found in how much you get done.
It’s found in Christ.
And Ephesians 6:11 reminds us to put on the full armor of God and stand firm.
We can’t recognize the lies if we’re never quiet enough to recognize the truth.
🌿 Your body needs movement.
Your mind needs rest.
Your soul needs Jesus.
Give all three some attention today.
💬 What is one thing you could remove from your day to create more space for God?
I’d love to hear it.

Maybe you don’t recognize yourself anymore.
You’ve spent years being a wife.
A mother.
A daughter.
A caregiver.
A professional.
A friend.
The one everyone calls when they need something.
And somewhere along the way…
you got lost in all the roles.
But underneath every role is a woman God created intentionally.
Before the world told you who you should be…
God already knew who He created you to be.
Ephesians 6:11 says:
“Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.”
Before you can stand firm…
You have to remember who you are standing as.
You are God’s daughter.
You are loved.
You are chosen.
You are His workmanship.
You have purpose.
And when your identity is rooted in Christ…
your behavior begins to change.
You don’t have to chase every approval.
You don’t have to become what everyone else expects.
You don’t have to believe every lie that comes your way.
You can stand.
🌿 Sometimes becoming more present begins with slowing down enough to remember:
“I am His.”
Take a breath today.
Put your phone down.
Step away from the noise.
And ask Jesus:
“Who did You create me to be?”
Don’t rush past the answer.
Listen.

Less than half of American adults meet the recommended amount of aerobic activity.
And the percentage gets lower as we age.
But here’s what I want you to hear:
Your body is worth moving. ❤️
Not because you need to look a certain way.
Not because you need to earn your food.
Not because you need to chase a number on a scale.
We move because God gave us these bodies to live, serve, love, worship and experience His creation.
And as we get older, movement becomes even more important.
Strength.
Balance.
Mobility.
Heart health.
Healthy bones.
A clear mind.
But here’s where Holy Yoga is different…
We don’t just move our bodies.
We bring our bodies into the presence of God.
Every breath can become a prayer.
Every movement can become worship.
Every class can become an opportunity to draw closer to Jesus.
So friend, get up.
Stretch.
Walk.
Lift.
Breathe.
Practice yoga.
Move the body God gave you—and invite Him into the movement. 🙏❤️
Move with purpose. Breathe with intention. Live for Christ.

What are you carrying that Jesus never asked you to carry?
The worry.
The pressure.
The expectations.
The responsibility for everyone else.
The fear of what’s coming next.
The weight of yesterday.
Sometimes we get so used to carrying heavy things that we forget what it feels like to lay them down.
But Jesus gives us another invitation:
Come.
Not fix yourself.
Not try harder.
Not get your life together first.
Just…
Come.
Come when you’re tired.
Come when you’re overwhelmed.
Come when you’re unsure.
Come when you don’t have the words.
Come exactly as you are.
Jesus says:
“Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest…”
— Matthew 11:28–30, GNT
That is the kind of rest I’m talking about.
Not simply resting your body.
Rest for your heart.
Rest for your mind.
Rest for your soul.
And sometimes, slowing down enough to breathe and become still can help us remember where our true rest comes from.
It isn’t found in having a perfect life.
It is found in Jesus. ✝️
So wherever you are today, pause.
Take one slow breath.
Release your shoulders.
And whisper:
“Jesus, I give You what I’ve been carrying.”
Then let Him meet you there. ❤️
