Peri-implant mucogingival deficiencies are a primary etiologic factor in peri-implantitis. In this case, flap access debridement with ER:YAG laser and implantoplasty was used, along with a palatal CTG, to treat inflammation,bone loss, and lack of AG around 30 yr old implants supporting a fixed reconstruction in a 78 yr old patient.
