Woweeee that was one heck of a storm! We are still in the thick of rainy season so if there is ANY chance of rain on the day of your appointment please come prepared! …and that’s going to involve more than just an umbrella! ⁣
⁣
💧 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝘁 - if it’s not too sweltering hot a sweatshirt will be your best bet because it’s thicker and can protect better. ⁣
⁣
💧 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 - again if it’s not too sweltering hot, sweatpants are your best bet. Just make sure they don’t have elastic at the ankles…and just fold over the elastic at the waist so it doesn’t leave a mark. ⁣

💧 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀/𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀 - rain boots are ideal because they will totally protect the bottom half of your legs and are usually loose fitting. I found some at Target and just leave them in my car for situations like this. Closed shoes that aren’t super tight are your next option. ⁣

💧 𝗨𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮/𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗷𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 - this one is self explanatory but just be careful with the regular umbrellas because they can splatter water everywhere when you are trying to get in the car. They have inverted umbrellas that solve that issue. ⁣
