Just a little housekeeping! 💅🏻 Here’s a quick rundown of my policies!

•Advance Notice Requirements- To avoid fees clients must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

•Cancellation fees- Cancellations made in less than the required notice time period will incur a fee of 50% of the service. Clients who No-Show their appointment with zero notice may be charged up to 100% of the service. Fees must be paid in order to rebook.

•Deposits- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment if you are a first time or inconsistent client. The deposit WILL come off your total service fee. Desposits are $25. If you have any questions or concerns please, don't hesitate to ask.

•Late Arrivals- A 15 minute grace period may be allowed, beyond this period may result in rescheduling and a possible fee. This is a little subjective to the situation! Keep in contact with me if you’re running late- I undertand things happen!

‼️ I would like to note that consideration will be given to those that need to cancel due to an emergency, potentially waiving fees!

As a small business, every appointment matters. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave time that often can’t be filled, so these policies are in place to protect my time and keep things fair for all clients. Thank you for understanding and supporting my business. 🤍
