The name for Fluff & Puff originated from my experience as a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys. When it came time to get "camera ready" for TV, games, appearances, or whatever it may be be, Kelli Finglass, our director would always give us the call, after meeting and planning for what our responsibilities for the day would be, to go "fluff & puff" until it was go time. This term always resonated with me because to me, it spoke as a sweet way of saying go primp, have fun with with your teammates, and keep be the pretty women that you are! 💖
