Family Hair Center is closed again today Thursday January, 18 2024. We just want to make sure the snow is all cleaned up for our staff & customers safety. We will hopefully be in salon tomorrow. We will be reaching out to those who have to reschedule their appointments. Thank you & continue to stay warm & safe.

Family Hair Center is closed today, Wednesday January 17th 2024 due to the winter storm. Parts of WNY are under a travel ban that includes West Seneca. If the weather continues the rest of the week with these conditions we are unsure if the salon will be opened. We want all our staff & customers to be safe. When we are able to get back into the salon we will contact you to reschedule you. Thank you

To our amazing loyal clients, as you know as of 11/20/20 the salons in most of Erie county have been put into the orange zone which means lockdown for us again. Once the go down & we are back in the yellow zone FHC will be able to open. We will be rescheduling when we are back, 1st by the appointments that were cancelled due to the shutdown then once we get those clients in we will be free to add in other clients to our days that do not or did not have scheduled appointments. We will be doing the best we can when we return to get everyone in for their holiday hair but we ask please be patient with us. As soon as this is lifted we will be back & ready to work as hard as we can possibly work for you the clients! Thank you for your continued patronage. Our stylist & staff will keep each of you in our thoughts. Please stay healthy & safe during this horrific time that we are all facing together. We are FHC strong we will get through this together.

We had a great 1st week under all the restrictions that came with the customers coming in to the stylist new gear that made it tough on all of them. Their dedication for our customers showed this week!! Thank to our amazing stylist & customers for an amazing 1st week back. You all did a fantastic job. Proud to work with all our staff @ FHC & the patronage from our dedicated customers. FHC strong!!!

FHC STRONG! As we open up tomorrow things are going to be a lot different. The stylist have so many restrictions now to comply with NYS laws. Please be patient & understand the new rules for them & you as customers til we get use to this new normal. It’s going to be tough @ 1st but together we can all do this with everyone’s cooperation. Phones will be open tomorrow as of 9am I can’t promise we will be able to answer @ the time you call because of extreme volume of phone calls but we will get to you as soon as we can. We are possibly entering into phase 2 next week here in NYS. Hair salons are able to reopen if in fact phase 2 goes through on time. There are a lot of new restrictions that come along with going to the salon. We will do everything we can to help you with your hair needs but we have to follow NYS rules & we hope you can also so we can get you ready for the summer. If phase 2 does go through Family Hair Center will reopen their doors & phones on Wednesday June 3rd @ 9am. Please call the salon 675-6061 so we can get you in the book. Please be patient with us we have a lot of time to make up & can only follow what NYS is allowing. We’ve missed everyone & very excited to have you in our chairs. We hope everyone has been healthy & look forward to seeing you in the near future. God bless

This is an update as of March 21st all beauty services have been mandated to shut down during this crisis. Please everyone stay safe & home so we can end this pandemic & all of us can resume our daily activities plus get your beauty needs taken care of. Hopefully we will see you all soon fingers crossed. Starting Saturday March 21st Family Hair Center will temporarily be closing due to what’s happening all around us to keep our staff & customers safe from this virus. We are hoping to return Monday April 6th. unless we are mandated by the government to stay closed. We will reach out if that happens to reschedule your appointment. Please stay healthy & safe.
