When I became an esthetician I learned just how damaging all that 🌞 can be.

if you see me out at the beach or pool .. you can make a good bet that I ll be loaded up with spf, big glasses (not my typical aviators.. for those who know me… gotta protect my eyes) SPF for my lips.. 🔅that is something I feel like lots of people forget to do!… 🔆skin cancer can happen to our lips 👄 so you want to make sure to protect those kisses💋. Spf for all over as well. Always reapply!

… if my husband is with me.. we will also have a big umbrella to sit under!..

a tan is a physical sign of sun damage which.. only speeds up the aging process.. I hate to be the buzz kill.. it hurts my beach girl soul… but knowledge is power.. and the more you know the better you can prep for your fun in the sun.. and also protect your future self! Don’t hate me for looking out for you all.. you ll thank me later ✌🏻🌞🏝️
