Ben Tilus — Owner & Head Performance Coach, XLR8 Performance Lab

Ben Tilus is the Owner and Head Performance Coach of XLR8 Performance Lab, where he combines sports science, performance testing, and individualized coaching to help athletes reach their full potential. His approach goes beyond traditional training by using measurable physiological data to better understand each athlete’s aerobic capacity, anaerobic performance, speed, recovery, and overall performance profile.

Through XLR8 Performance Lab, Ben works with athletes to turn testing and performance data into purposeful, individualized training strategies designed to improve performance and support long-term athletic development.
