There have been so many layers to this journey.
Behind the chair.
Becoming an owner.
Stepping into education.
Each one stretched me in a different way.
Each one asked for a different version of me.
And if I’m being honest…
none of it felt easy while I was in it.
Doubt and fear are part of it.
They just don’t get to decide where you go.
Growth doesn’t happen when everything feels comfortable.
It happens when you decide to keep going anyway.
Things I thought were setbacks often turned to moments that changed everything.
I’m really proud of what I’ve built so far.
And I’m nowhere near finished.

There’s something special about being in a room with women who lead with heart and talent, and not ego.
