This Workplace Wellness Wednesday were showcasing a great initiative some of the CTO Boost team took part in this Sunday: The Manulife Ride for Heart in support of the Heart and Stroke foundation of Canada.

Our team did the bike ride and the walk- shoutout to Ali and
Cristina for biking 75km!

Our team raised over a thousand dollars for Heart and Stroke and enjoyed lunch, free massages and a day overall wellness!
