Im pretty open with the fact that i have and i definitely don’t recommend it. I was making a tik tok and caught it for real. Ive been pretty symptomatic lately. And im back spiraling about how annoying it is, I feel like a burden, im frustrated with my body betraying me. I used to be superwoman. Now standing up too fast, and doing too many daily tasks take me out for days.
Physical and mental exhaustion keeps me from doing so many things i want to do.
Hell most days i dont even feel like posting content because its just one more thing on the list
I know theres other people struggling like me- so ill take some relief in that

Due to some recent changes- i will be moving clients off of Sundays.
The last decade i have put my clients needs first- however it is time to put my family first
I will be contacting anyone scheduled and rearranging my schedule to work Tuesday through Saturday.
My children are getting older and I’m realizing how valuable it is to spend time with them in these critical years.
