And I say this with full love because I get it. The fear is real.
But I’ve watched so many girls talk themselves out of this and stay stuck in something that takes longer, irritates their skin, and lasts two days. Two days girl. And then you’re back at it.
What actually happens when you push through the first few appointments is the pain gets significantly less by session three. Body maintenance becomes something you barely think about. And that low key anxiety you carry about your body gets quieter.
The first time is the hardest. That’s just true for most things worth doing.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it but I will be honest with you the whole way through and I’ll make sure you’re okay. That’s literally my job and I take it seriously.
