Holistic Hands

slide 11 to seal the deal 🤍

please come in, use the amenities and slow down for a while. you are so welcome here.

today I was fortunate to work on a beautiful client of mine who required hip flexor work. during our consultation I let her know our hip flexors can hold onto emotional stress and trauma and she may experience an emotional release during our session.

as we worked together, it was clear her hips needed attention and our goal was to relieve the stress, the emotion, the tension - whatever was living there.

using a combination of massage, cranial sacral and reiki we were able to get there today.

i love these moments. the release. I truly care about each and every one of you that’s on my table and nothing makes me happier when there is a shared trust and commitment to healing.

you are always safe on my table. thank you for trusting me.
