Green Legacy Salon

We have received 45 items for our Sustainability Drive so far! This includes products like blow dryers, brushes, flat irons and more. Even if you are not a client of ours, if you have any old hair products (items like shampoo and hair spray included) you aren’t using or are broken, please feel free to drop them off and we will recycle them!

We recycle hair, metal, hair color, bleach, plastic, paper, salon tools, blow dryers, clippers, and even single use items like gloves and wax strips! There are so many different and innovative ways we can recycle all of the things! Through our partnership with Green Circle Salons we are able to recycle 95% of our beauty waste.

Since our opening we have recycled over 88lbs of Hair Color and Bleach. Expired color, old developer and excess bleach all get recycled and repurposed. This helps to keep chemicals out of our rivers, lakes, our soil where our food is grown.

Today is GREEN LEGACY SALON’S Birthday!!! We want to thank everyone who has helped us on this journey and joined us on our mission to protect and preserve the environment. Since our opening we have recycled over 405lbs of waste and we are just getting started!!

Now until the end of August, bring us your old beauty products, color, blow dryers, clippers, flat irons, brushes, and we will recycle them! When you bring in something for us to recycle, you get to spin our prize wheel! Win free take home treatments, 20% off your next service, or a free in-salon deep condition when you bring something for our sustainability drive!
