The Fabulous Fennyl

As someone who doesn't know how to sit still (seriously- I'm always moving) for very long, I began researching and making my own hair products out of all natural ingredients. After making the decision to stop chemically treating my hair, I became invested mentally in only using hair products that would be kind to my body, including my blood stream! That of course turned into making lotions, salves and eventually soap. Now my entire household, family and friends are under my spell and support my habit of turning random ingredients into amazing, good-for-you, no crazy additives, body care products. I also make desserts, dog treats, cards and the occasional cool snap shots. And about the name- the fennel plant is an herb used for a variety of ails! From upset stomach, to congestion to heart rate and blood pressure. In skin and hair care, it acts as an antioxidant, anticeptic as it is rife with minerals like iron, copper, selenium, potassium, magnesium, zinc and vitamins like Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Vitamin E. I see myself and this business much like the fennel plant- curing a variety of ails and providing benefit to the body inside and out.
