Join us at the 19th Annual Harambee Breakfast as we honor Laila Quallis, recipient of the Dr. Dorothy I. Height Leadership Youth Award! A scholar, entrepreneur, and advocate, Laila will graduate in 2025 with her high school diploma and cosmetology license. As founder of You’re Beautiful Too, LLC, she empowers young Black girls through natural hair care and leads HBCU tours, inspiring over 90 students. A Girl Scout and Delta GEMS member, she embodies NCNW’s values of education, empowerment, and civic engagement.
