Dear valued clients,

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I will not be able to reopen Frankenhair and my location at 36 School St is permanently closing as of October 1st. I would like to thank all my AMAZING clients for your support throughout the last few years, I couldn’t have experienced this journey without all of you! In lieu of the closure, I will be taking a break from hair for awhile and have no plans for relocation as of yet. I will greatly miss our creativity sessions, laughs, tears, hugs, advice sessions, dance parties, light saber battles, sing alongs and doggy visits! Thank you for making Frankenhair a very unique and special place ♥️.

Thank you to Vivid Hair Salon, Mayor Donald Humason Jr. and Sheriff Nicolas Cocchi for thinking of Westfield salons and providing us with free PPE! Tyler went out this morning for me and was given face shields and masks to prepare for when we reopen. Proud to have my small business in Westfield!

HUGE thank you to everyone that came out today or purchased raffle tickets online! It was so nice to see you guys! There’s still time to enter the raffle or delivery contest online! Raffle winners will be announced at the virtual shower May 31st at 2 pm. The delivery contest winner will receive a $40 gift card to the salon. My mom and I will be giving Thank You gifts, holding a raffle for 3 awesome prizes and a delivery contest for a $40 gift card to Frankenhair! We will have a decorated table in the parking lot behind Frankenhair on School St.

Raffle tickets are $5 each. If you can’t make it this Sunday, you can purchase raffle tickets online through PayPal at [email protected]. You can also enter the delivery contest online by sending me a text @ 413-310-0719 with your guess of the delivery date, time, length and weight of baby Rowan.

Making sure we will be as safe as possible when I return and keeping up on new education. 🙌🏻

Dear valued clients,

I'm writing to provide important information regarding the salon as I want to give you all as much advance notice as possible to any/all updates. COVID-19 has changed the face of how we are able to run our businesses and myself being high risk and in my third trimester of my first pregnancy has added its own challenges. I have made the difficult decision to not reopen until after my maternity leave in August. I am expecting this to be late September/early October, but will post a solid reopening date as soon as possible on my social media and in e-mail to all clients.

The State Board of Cosmetology has mandated many safety changes that have to be made to salons in order to reopen and I will be using the time I have off to make those changes and ensure any inspections are passed. Our safety is and always will be my number one priority.

I will also be using this time to continue to advance my education and bring even better techniques and skills to my services.

Once I have a solid reopening date, I will be re-booking all missed appointments. Any deposits or pre-payments made will be honored in full once I am up and running. Online booking has been turned off at this time in order for me to catch up and plan accordingly.

I look forward to seeing all of you upon my return to work and hope you all stay safe and well during this time!
