A group of community members making a positive change. The Garden is located on the corner of Raritan and Terrill Roads, at 1451 Raritan Road.
Within the SPCG and with the support of the Township of Scotch Plains, our mission is to practice sustainability, include people of all backgrounds and physical limitations, and support community wellness initiatives through health awareness. We have established a community garden through the generosity of the County of Union, the Township of Scotch Plains, The Frazee Foundation, and Groundwork, E

Join us for a special Four Centuries Tour and a visit to our beautiful community garden, then step back in time with a stop at the historic Frazee House!
After that, head over to the pumpkin patch for some festive fun, pick your perfect pumpkin, play a few games, and enjoy the crisp fall air.🍁

9 Flowers to Save Seeds From for Next Year
Collecting seeds now means free blooms and stronger plants next season!
• Zinnias – Easy to save, vibrant annuals.
• Marigolds – Pest-repelling blooms, reseed readily.
• Poppies – Iconic flowers, self-seed easily.
• Purple Coneflower (Echinacea) – Long-lasting blooms, pollinator favorite.
• Milkweed – Essential for Monarch butterflies.
• Black-Eyed Susan (Rudbeckia) – Hardy daisy-like flowers.
• Aster – Late-season nectar source.
• Joe-Pye W**d – Tall clusters, butterfly magnet.
