✈️ After a flight, my legs get a little extra TLC💕
Traveling — especially sitting for long periods can cause fluid to build up in your legs and leave them feeling swollen, heavy, or tight.
I just did lymphatic drainage and now am using my pneumatic compression pumps to help move that fluid and get my legs feeling refreshed again. ✨
The lymphatic system plays a role in so much more than we realize. 🌿
At a recent networking event, I had the opportunity to share who may benefit from lymphatic drainage - from those navigating cancer and other medical conditions to those looking to support their overall health and wellness.
