Hello everyone, it’s been awhile since I’ve last posted! I’ve been busy helping people relax!

Recently, I’ve seen several clients that suffer with all different kinds of headaches. Migraine, tension, and allergy headaches just to name a few. So I wanted to share how massage therapy can help provide relief and even prevent them!

It’s reported that more than 37 million Americans suffer from headaches on a regular basis. Research suggests even just a 30 minute massage can relieve the pain. There are so many muscles in the upper back, neck and head and it’s my job to help release that tension!

Also, a 60 minute massage helps INCREASE endorphins, serotonin & dopamine levels (happy, relaxing & anti-pain hormones) by an average of 28%. It also will help DECREASE cortisol levels (stress hormone) by an average of 30% ~ Mayo Clinic
