Foster's Forest LLC

It has been a while since I have taken this beauty out for a spin! I never really had a reason to until now.
Starting in April, Foster's Forest will be doing office chair massages a couple of days a week. Even better, it's for the construction company my husband works for! How cool! I am honored they thought of me for this position. What an incredible opportunity for myself and my business. I look forward to starting this new adventure while continuing to build my home practice. Hard work really does pay off!

It's been a real struggle to get to this point. There was a lot of fear, excuses, and self-loathing going towards reopening my home practice. I thought about giving up often. But despite all of the challenges, I have finally made my way back to my own space. I am back to connecting with amazing humans while getting to heal them through massage and ashiatsu. And I am back to doing what makes my heart happy in a space that makes me feel whole. What a gift. I am so incredibly grateful for the journey that has gotten me to this point. Feels good to be back.

I had a plan when we moved here to open my practice as soon as I could. Well life had other plans for me. Things got put on hold. I was slightly frustrated with this new path, knowing what I had promised to others and myself. Little did I know this new path would lead me to a new job and a new opportunity. My new boss offered to help send me and another therapist to ashiatsu training. I leanerned to use my feet as a tool to help heal others. What a crazy, beautiful, and irritating experience this was. Yet I can't help but to be grateful for the opportunity that ignited the fire in my soul again. Ashiatsu has given me the start I needed in my new home! I cant wait to start offering this new technique to help my clients heal.

It official! Foster's Forest in Westminster CO, will be closing January 29, 2022 and will be moving to Colorado Springs!
Many mixed emotions during this time, I am heartbroken to be leaving behind all I have created here but I am also Joyful to have a fresh start. A chance to take what I have done and continue to build myself up even stronger. Sometimes you have to break things down to build yourself back up. I don't consider this a second chance rather then a new beginning!
Thank you to everyone who has supported me and my practice. I am enternally grateful for all of you. This couldn't have been possible without all of you amazing people!
