For those of You dealing with daily pain like me, here is a book I found & I'm diving in now (audible & amazon).

I've been doing research on Fascia since my surgery with my daily headaches.

I won't say yes to constant pain medications & therefore needing to find alternatives.

Currently, my care has been Chiropractic, Acupuncture & Massage to help me with my headaches & bodily pain.

Fascia, from my research is a lost piece in the medical community. In medical school this part of the body during disections gets thrown in the trash.

The Fascia can get restricted and when this happens chronic pain can result.

It's the Skeletal System, the Fascia System & the Muscular System that all work together.

Unfortunately, the Fascia System has been ignored by the medical community and mostly recognized by alternative modalities.

Looking forward to more that I can discover to help.
