For everyone’s safety, I follow Carroll County Public Schools’ snow schedule and procedures.

💙If Carroll County Public Schools are closed, I will not be in the salon, and appointments will be rescheduled.
💙If there is a delay or early dismissal, I may need to adjust my schedule. I will reach out directly to anyone this affects.
💙If schools are open as normal, I’ll be in the salon as scheduled.

I’ll always contact clients if their appointment may be affected. If you’re ever unsure or have questions, please feel free to reach out. I’m always keeping everyone’s safety in mind 🤍

All weather-related changes will be rescheduled with no cancellation fee.

✨ Important Salon Update ✨

Starting February 1st, I will be implementing an updated cancellation policy and a price increase.
With the continued rise in supply costs and cost of living, I’ve had to make the decision to adjust my pricing in order to continue providing quality services and products.

📌 Please note:
I will be posting the updated cancellation policy and the new price list at the salon. If you have any questions or would like to inquire about your updated service prices, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me directly.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

I kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice:�I charge 50% of the scheduled service. An invoice will be sent and is due upon receipt.

• Emergency cancellations:�These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any cancellation fee will be at my discretion.

• No-Shows:�Appointments missed without any notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. An invoice will be sent and must be paid in full.

• Outstanding invoices:�I will not schedule another appointment until all invoices are paid in full.

• Late payments:�Invoices not paid within 5 days will incur an additional $10 late fee.

This year the salon is collecting to donate to John Hopkins. We will be gathering all unwrapped gifts at the shop between now and December 10. Let’s make this holiday season a little more special.

I hope everyone had a great labor day weekend! With the new school year I’ve had to adjust my schedule just a little bit. Here are the days I’ll be in the salon. Tuesdays 10-5 Wednesdays 10-3 Thursdays 10-3:30 every other Friday 10-3 and every other Saturday 9-3 if you have any questions or concerns about appointments please reach out and we will figure it out! I Thank everyone who has been very understanding and working with me and my schedule ❤️

It’s holiday time! Only 2 weeks before thanksgiving. With limited hours that means appointments book up fast! Let me know if you need an appointment!!! Everyone needs to look their best for the holidays. Also don’t forget I offer gift cards if that special someone needs gift ideas!!! 🎁
