Here's a little about me and how I started my business:
Before starting Mary Kay I was a nanny, server, and student. Currently, I am still all of those but there is one BIG difference. Before Mary Kay I was someone who had lost sight of her dreams, who didn't have hope for a future of advancement and financial stability in a career that didn't involve sacrificing time with my friends and family. Last April I attended a Mary Kay event to help out a friend. It was then that I saw an opportunity to make enough money to pay for school. Being able to pay for school meant that I would be able to achieve my dreams of becoming a Dietitian and having a stable income and room for advancement without having to sacrifice time with my family and friends. As a result of starting my Mary Kay business I've been able to pay for school, but more importantly, I have dreams. BIG dreams, dreams that I never would have imagined possible. Dreams for a future with financial stability. Dreams to earn use of a FREE car. Dreams to be so much more, to do so much more than I do now. Most of all, I am dreaming, and hoping that as I build my business, I bring other people up with me, and bring back their hopes and their dreams that they may have forgotten.
