What’s YOUR addiction?

Be honest 👀

Ours is skincare. Obviously.

Skincare.
No makeup.
Healthy food.
Peaceful moments.
Not necessarily in this order. 🤍

For years, I was afraid of the sun.
I was told that if I wanted to control my melasma, I needed to stay away from the beach, avoid the sun, reapply SPF constantly, and be extremely careful.

So I did exactly what I was told.

I used 4% hydroquinone, tretinoin, lasers, strong peels, vitamin C, retinol… you name it.

And what started as a small spot slowly became a huge patch across my cheeks, forehead, and mustache area.

I was wearing makeup every single day just to feel comfortable leaving the house.

And the hardest part?
I was an esthetician.
I couldn’t understand how I could be doing everything right and still not get lasting results.

The treatments would work temporarily…
then the melasma would come back, sometimes even worse.

That’s when I realized I had been looking at melasma from only one angle: the skin.

I kept searching for the “miracle cream.”

Instead, I found something much more important.

I started studying skincare formulation, Ayurveda, nutrition, and Integrative Medicine. I learned how to understand lab results, identify potential triggers, and look at melasma as something that requires a whole-body approach, not just another treatment on the surface.

And that changed everything.

It took me years of studying, experimenting, and learning what my own skin was trying to tell me.

Today, I don’t believe you should have to choose between healthy skin and living your life.

I want women to feel comfortable going to the beach, walking in the park, enjoying time with their kids, and still have a thoughtful strategy for managing their melasma. 🌿☀️

If you have melasma and you’re looking to understand how to manage it from the inside out, comment “MELASMA” below.
I’ll send you the first steps to start looking at your melasma differently. 🤍

If your melasma keeps coming back, treating the spots may not be enough.

Creams, peels, lasers, and other treatments can temporarily improve the appearance of pigmentation, but if the factors that may be triggering flare-ups aren’t addressed, melasma can return.

Think beyond the spot.
Look at the bigger picture: inflammation, oxidative stress, nutrition, sleep, hormones, and your overall skin health.

You don’t need to change everything at once.
You just need to know where to start.

That’s why I created The Melasma First Steps Roadmap, a FREE guide to help you understand the first steps to take when you’re ready to take better care of your melasma.

Your first step starts here ✨

The mistake isn’t wanting to lighten your melasma.

The mistake is believing that switching products every week will solve the problem.

Your skin needs consistency.
It needs time.
And it needs a strategy built around your individual reality.

Long-lasting results rarely come from quick fixes.

Remember, melasma is a multifactorial condition. Genetic predisposition, hormonal changes, inflammation, sleep, and other factors can all influence the process.

That’s why focusing only on the surface may not be enough if you’re looking for more consistent, long-term results.

Comment “MELASMA” if you want to learn how to care for your melasma from the inside out.

Hormones.
Inflammation.
Oxidative stress.
Nutrient deficiencies.
Gut and metabolic health
Stress and sleep.

Your pigmentation is what you can see, but the reason it keeps returning may require you to look beyond your skincare routine.

Because healthy skin isn’t just about what you put on it.

It’s also about how your body supports hormone balance, detoxification, inflammation, and overall resilience.

When you stop looking at melasma as just pigmentation and start looking at the whole picture, your approach changes.

Comment MELASMA and I’ll show you where to start.
