Spenarome

Spenarome is a privately held creative fragrance house that was established by Hugh Spencer that seeks to bring the talents of world class perfumers to bear for the benefit of our clients. Here the client can speak directly to the perfumer so that there are no translation issues with go betweens. Spenarome’s ownership brings over 30 years experience in the fragrance industry which began in Soho, New York. He later was to serve under the tutelage of some of the greatest master perfumers of their generation. Hugh thrived under their leadership and soon rose to the rank of Senior Vice President and Chief Perfumer. During his career he has to his credit many of the great fragrances of the eighties and nineties (see fragrance gallery). Equally proficient in all aspects of perfumery, Hugh is equally delighted to create a beautiful fine fragrance or a sumptuous bouquet for personal care or household. Hugh was educated at the University of the West Indies and at Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York.
